), the creators of My Nomad Space. Hello! Over the past few years, we have worked from our laptops all around the world. However, like many remote professionals who travel, we’ve faced the all-too-familiar struggle of unreliable Wi-Fi (you know the feeling, right?). Even though the available information suggests an accommodation’s internet connection will be sufficient when booking, the reality often falls short – just like some of the spaces themselves. We thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if there were a community-led platform featuring only top-reviewed accommodations with verified Wi-Fi speeds?” When we couldn’t find a platform that truly matched what we envisioned, we decided to build one ourselves. Now, we aim to help anyone who uses accommodation for work and become the world’s most trusted platform for finding all types of remote work stays with verified Wi-Fi speeds.

Fed up of spending ages searching for the perfect space with reliable internet? Every listing on our platform includes verified Wi-Fi speeds, so you know exactly what to expect. All of our listings show both download and upload speeds. We keep it simple and skip the tech jargon. Overall, our Wi-Fi data is obtained from multiple sources, including leading booking platforms, on-the-ground research, user submissions via our platform and trusted information provided directly from highly reviewed accommodation.
Whether it’s a hostel, a one-bedroom apartment or even a bungalow on the beach (we’re big fans of those!), we only list spaces with excellent reviews for both Wi-Fi and overall experience. We analyse details and reviews from reputable booking sites and platforms like Google and Tripadvisor. We also visit some properties in person to ensure reliability and guest satisfaction. For each stay we add, we explain exactly why we’ve chosen it. Only spaces with consistently positive reviews make the cut. Simply listing Wi-Fi speeds isn’t enough – quality matters.
